This mutton was cooked very slowly at low temperature in the oven.



 Bilal and Sule took us to Pinarbashi, a nice restaurant beside a river.

 At Lake Bafa we got wonderful fish in a lakeside restaurant.



 The cold starters are mostly vegetarian, with a lot of yoghurt.

 Guvec is made in a clay pot in the oven.

 A special kebab we got in Bodrum. Underneath the strips of meat there were mashed potatoes and
crisps.
